VANITY....the excessive belief in one's own abilities or attractiveness to others.
I believe that definition doesn't make it such a sin, to be a little vain. Sometimes we got to admit that we look into the mirror, and say to ourselves "Damn.... I look good". It only becomes a problem when it's done excessively, and your attitude begins to affect the next man. I'd call that a superiority complex, when you believe you're better than the next man and begin to treat people like dirt. Else, a lot of self love doesn't hurt nobody. Matter of fact, it makes you strive to get better. Treat yourself better.
I used to love writing this blog (don't think I don't anymore) but I started to getting feedback from some folks asking 'mumu' questions ....like "how this blog wan take bring money now?" or "why you feel say we wan de read about your experiences?" Started making me feel kinda vain, like I'm just forcing people to read about my experiences ....until I just stumbled at the definition above. Let's be frank, I'm good at what I do. If you're in my town and you're not hanging out with me (and my crew) you're not having a "really" good time. Don't take my word for it....experience it.
Luckily, I'm causing a VIBRATION tomorrow....so if you're in town, you have little reason not to have a great time with the Original Knight of the Night. Just think about a party with your favourite OAPs (hands up 🙌🏾 if you don't know what that acronym means) from Vibesfm 97.3 and the greatest sensation from this zone, this year..... Victor AD. I know some people read this blog from somewhere not so close but you can just see how much love "Wetin we gain" and "Motivation" (with Erigga) get from YouTube. The man talks about realities how they bite us (like mosquitos) down here. If after all the hustle....we don't buy a Benz "Wetin we gain"? Or do you doubt that "an empty stomach serves as the greatest motivation to hustle?" Let's just go have a great time ....at PROOF.
The weekend is upon us again, and I'm sure most of you are calling your DryCleaner already .....sourcing good clothes for the Friday night out, and for church on Sunday. If you don't have a trustworthy guy, you can check out my boy Citi Laundry on this one. Only problem is, your clothes last so long....you'd forget you need new ones.
