Nostalgia

Nostalgia...a sentimental longing or wistful affection for a period in the past.

So, it's Throwback Thursday and once again I'm reminiscing about times past and decided to visit a couple of my old hangouts. A couple years ago,I used to love the "Tequila & Hip-Hop" show on Thursday nights at Squarehead so I decided to go spend some time there. Needless to say,with the show gone... Thursday nights aren't so much fun anymore (not like that stopped us having a good time anyway). Friendly prices and good service made up for the reduction in entertainment value,so no losses.

 A couple hours later,I'm headed to my "other" preferred location for Thursday (Club Joker) to attend a hybrid show I help develop in an attempt to take our fair share of the Thursday evening market. Big props to my boy,Phenzy Jay for holding it down at "Music & Me" all these years...it was a rocking show.

Inebriation led me home early and to.... "ACRIMONY". Why does Tyler Perry make movies like these? Man puts you so in touch with your feelings, you'd probably shed a tear at life's realities. If you have seen the movie,you'd probably be able to relate....and if you haven't, well fit it into your weekend plans. Maybe we can have a debate in the future about loyalty between partners. Well....I can't believe I woke up in Chris Brown's body. It's FREAKY FRIDAY (the 13th) and even this early,I can tell its gonna be wild. This ain't just another day in the Royal Kingdom.
